No partial registrations or "At the door registrations" will be offered for conference this year. Your board and conference chairs from your host clubs have worked hard to find a facility that offers the appropriate space for these needs and provides a reasonably priced room for those in attendance balanced with the costs required to fund a conference proceedings. Shifts have been made in the schedule to maximize the time frames and build in some time for people to get to know their fellow Altrusans as requested. No partial registrations will be offered this year. Accommodations have been made to facilitate guests for the Saturday awards luncheon and Governor's banquet. All registered conference attendees will be provided with Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner. In examination of available facilities in various markets, the increasing costs for meetings of this type become a factor. Efforts have been made to work with all of the various factors to keep the cost of attending this conference at a level that is as low as possible.
Your board members and host clubs are so excited about the upcoming District Nine conference and hope everyone will make an effort to attend. For the leaders in your club, officer workshops have been moved to Friday prior to the First Timers meeting and Friday night fun night.
